Your package will be processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

Please take in consideration that if your package is returned to me due to wrong or incomplete address (missing building, apartment, street number, etc.) or because you didn't pick up your package at the post office in case of absence at your home, I'm not responsible for undelivered packages due to this type of error.

 

You will be asked to cover additional shipping costs if items need to be reshipped. Please check your information carefully. Thank you for your understanding.

  • To France and Europe

 

2 to 5 days

Shipment to an overseas P.O. box (outside France) :

Unfortunately, my post office doesn't recommend the delivery of parcels in P.O. boxes due to a high percentage of lost and stolen parcels. I'm sorry for this inconvenience.

 

Other delivery methods can be considered, such as UPS or DHL, but the costs may be higher as I don't have any commercial contract with them. Feel free to send me a mail so that we can find a solution. 

 

If you still want to have your package sent to your P.O. Box, please understand that no refund will be possible in case of non-delivery and/or you will be asked to cover additional shipping costs if items need to be reshipped. Thank you for your understanding.

Returns

 

Pursuant to Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, except for the cost of return.

 

The return postage is at the expense of the Buyer. The return of the goods must be made in the original packaging with a copy of the invoice. All products used, blister opened or damaged by the Buyer will not be exchanged or refunded (cannot be resold once opened).
